We are a licensed electrical contractor providing residential and commercial electrical services in Oregon. The information on this Site is intended to give you general information about our company and services. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to perform work or a guarantee of pricing, availability, or results.
Any actual electrical work we perform is governed by a separate written estimate, work order, or service agreement between you and ONE STOP ELECTRIC LLC— not by these Terms.
Any pricing information shown on the Site is for general reference only. Actual pricing for your project will be provided in a written estimate after we have reviewed the scope of work. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate and are subject to change if conditions on site differ from what was originally described.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photos, and design — is owned by ONE STOP ELECTRIC LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.
The Site is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is intended as instructions for performing electrical work yourself. Electrical work can be dangerous and, in most cases, must be performed by a licensed electrician under applicable state and local codes. Always consult a qualified professional before attempting any electrical work.

Warranties on actual electrical work we perform are described in your written service agreement or invoice — not in these Terms.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONE STOP ELECTRIC LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This limitation does not apply to liability for actual electrical work performed under a separate service agreement, which is governed by that agreement and applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Stop Electric LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. Linking to a third-party site is not an endorsement.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
